This will be the final small group session for 2025. Participants will receive an end-of-year gift to take home. This session will run for 120 minutes instead of the usual 90 minutes. It includes an interactive activity, followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation.

Stef's Mini Chefs and Blüte Sound Bath Meditation & Therapy are coming together to create two amazing sessions (10am & 1pm) on the 23rd of September 2025 in Crib Point.
