Community Gathering: Small Group Sound & Cacao Meditation Journey Session

This will be the final small group session for 2025. Each participant will receive a small present to take home as a token of gratitude for the year. This session will run for 120 minutes instead of the usual 90 minutes.
Experience an extended Cacao Circle, create your own healing sounds with Tibetan singing bowls, and settle into a guided sound meditation. Allow the evening’s therapeutic vibrations to de-stress your mind and guide you into profound relaxation and peaceful presence.
