Sessions will take place in Frankston South at my small boutique studio, a tranquil location perfect for deepening your meditation practice. Community Sound Meditation Experiences and Collaborations
Experience deep relaxation and inner connection through our small group community Sound & Cacao Meditation Journey sessions.
Each gathering offers a unique opportunity for deep relaxation and mindful connection.
Sessions are held in my cozy home studio, creating spaces for both community gathering and intimate healing.

The cacao is lovingly offered as part of the experience, and you are warmly welcome to simply enjoy the journey without it. There is no pressure, only invitation.

I believe every child and young person deserves a space to pause, breathe, and simply be, no matter what they're going through.
Children and young people up to and including their 18th year who are in out of home care, or who are engaged with family services, youth services, or community mental health services, are warmly welcomed to a discounted rate across my sessions. This also extends to birthday celebrations, because every child deserves a joyful, memorable celebration.
