Join me for my transformative August sound bath session.
Immerse yourself in the magical world of crystal singing bowls as their healing vibrations gently guide you into profound relaxation. Feel stress melt away as these sacred frequencies work to restore balance to your nervous system and awaken your natural healing abilities.
This beautiful in-person gathering offers you the chance to:
• Release what no longer serves you
• Reconnect with your inner wisdom
• Restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit
• Set powerful intentions for your personal growth journey
When: 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM (Stay until 8:30 PM to connect with your new community!)
Arrival: Please arrive between 6:45-6:55 PM for a smooth start.

• Your favorite water bottle to stay hydrated
• Cozy blanket, pillow, or eye mask for ultimate comfort
