Finding Your Frequency
Two weeks ago, I discovered these two beautiful bowls (E-note, F-note) at Soli Wellness, and I can’t wait to share their sounds during my upcoming sessions.
Just like these singing bowls create resonance through gentle, intentional vibration, wellbeing happens when we find what helps us return to our own centre.
Some days, grounding looks like:
- Placing both feet firmly on the earth.
- Taking three slow breaths before responding.
- Letting yourself rest without guilt.
Mental wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding small practices that help you feel more present, calm, and connected to yourself, whether you’re navigating difficult experiences, managing daily stress, or simply cultivating more peace in your life.
The bowls in this photo sit on different cushions, at different heights, yet both create beautiful sound. Your wellness journey is uniquely yours, and there’s no “right” way to nurture your mental health.
