A New Chapter, A Gentle Shift

A little update:

Yesterday, I've started a new role supporting children and women on their family violence recovery journey with a specialist family violence service. Work that grew out of supporting families with complex, intersecting needs in my last role.

Taking this on with intention means being honest about what I can hold. I've made the decision to step back from my volunteering for the time being, and Blüte's session hours are changing to:

Saturday to Monday, 9:30am to 9pm.'

(Additionally, the studio will only be open on other days for scheduled after-work community events or private evening sessions planned in advance.)

If you've been part of this community for a while, you'll know that Blüte has never been about doing everything at once. It's about showing up fully for what's in front of me, whether that's a child or women I'm supporting through my new role, or the quiet moments in between.

So while the days and hours are shifting, what you'll find here hasn't changed. This is still a space for pause, for reconnection, and for whatever your wellbeing, recovery or healing journey needs right now.

Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays are open. I'd love to welcome you back, or for the first time.

Be gentle with yourself. You are doing more than you know.
