When did life get so loud?
For them. For us. For all of us.
Between school, activities, screens, and the beautiful chaos of just… growing up. Our children’s little nervous systems are working overtime.
And honestly? So are ours.
Nobody tells you how much loving a child lives in your body.
The worry. The rushing. The constant holding-it-all-together.
The way you carry them, even when they’re not in your arms.
This beautiful session was actually booked by an aunt, who wanted to give her nieces something special. Not a toy. Not a treat. An experience they would feel in their whole bodies and carry in their hearts.
A sound bath session is one of the most quietly powerful things you can share with a child you love. You settle down together on soft mats, close your eyes, and let the gentle vibrations of singing bowls and gongs wash over you both.
No agenda. No performance. No right or wrong way to do it. Just sound, breath, and presence.
And something beautiful happens.
The little ones get to exhale. Their nervous systems settle. They sleep better, focus more clearly, and discover that stillness isn’t boring… it’s actually safe.
And you? The tension you’ve been carrying starts to soften. The mental noise quiets. You come back to yourself and from that place, you show up differently for them.
But the most precious part is what happens between you. Lying side by side, sharing something that has nothing to do with homework or schedules or screens. Just this moment, it quietly deepens your bond in a way that’s hard to put into words.
Bookings to a Parent-Child session can be made through my website.
A small but important note: these sessions are open to ALL loving adults in a child's life. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians. If there's a child you love and a moment you want to share, this is for you too. Because it's not about the title. It's about the bond.
No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
