This program is currently offered to children between 3.5 and 5 years old.
SoulNar Chakra Meditation for Kids is a 7- week program and runs during the school term, starting in Term 4, 2025 (17th of October to 28th of November).

Experience deep relaxation and inner connection through our monthly small group community Sound & Cacao Meditation Journey sessions. Each monthly gathering offers a unique opportunity for deep relaxation and mindful connection. Sessions are held in my cozy home studio, creating spaces for both community gathering and intimate healing.
