    A cacao journey / circle is an ancient ritual that originated with Indigenous Mesoamerican cultures, particularly the Maya and Aztec civilizations. Monthly Community Sound Meditation Experiences.
Experience deep relaxation and inner connection through our monthly small group community Sound & Cacao Meditation Journey sessions. Each monthly gathering offers a unique opportunity for deep relaxation and mindful connection. Sessions are held in my cozy home studio, creating spaces for both community gathering and intimate healing.
